0-The Last Supervillain: I've been playing around with some thumbnails and layouts for the (theoretically)first chapter. It's a conflation of events from the meeting between Franz and "Sinbad" on Monte Cristo and the meeting between Phillip and Jeanne in Demoiselle D'Ys. I'm not terribly happy with any of the layouts that come to mind, but it's a place to start.

-some woman is wandering around the cafe wearing so much cheap perfume that you can see a haze in the air around her and smell where she's passed 10 minutes ago. I'm taking a moment to get some fresh air.

Today I get to go deliver some gifts, try to take care of the last and most difficult xmas gift, wrap it all and call it a day. Wheeeee. So glad when the next few days are over.
